At the door

Intercom system

A visitor rings: your resident sees them, speaks to them and lets them in — from the apartment or from a phone.

Farfisa video door phone connected to a building door station

The intercom is a building's first line of security: it decides who gets through the front door. Dièse Intercom installs, programs and maintains audio and video intercom systems for residential buildings, condominiums and commercial properties across Greater Montreal.

We work on conventional push-button door stations as well as modern addressable touch-screen systems, with an electronic directory, cell-phone door release and access logs. Our technicians are trained directly by the manufacturers, which lets us recommend the right system rather than the most expensive one.

Already have an intercom? We service, repair and upgrade it — even if a competitor installed it.

What we install and maintain

  • Enterphone
  • Mesh (touch screen)
  • I.Q. (10-inch LCD)
  • Comelit (addressable intercom)
  • Conventional systems, any brand

Frequently asked questions

Can you repair an intercom installed by another company?
Yes. We service, repair and upgrade equipment of any brand, whether we installed it or a competitor did.
Can the door be opened from a cell phone?
Yes, with modern addressable systems. The visitor dials the resident's name on the door station and the call is forwarded to the phone of their choice, including a cell phone.
Does the building need to be rewired?
Not necessarily. Several recent systems reuse the existing wiring. We assess your installation before proposing a solution.
